This presentation will focus on those areas of the new form which have caused the most pain for organization managers, boards and their outside CPAs. Included will be discussions of the governance, policy, foreign activities, interested persons and related organizations sections with particular attention to areas where the instructions and form are unclear or illogical. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to a wide spectrum of national and regional tax-exempt organizations.
