A. Robert  Bloom
RAFFA, P.C.
Bob is a senior audit manager at RAFFA, and has more than 30 years of financial advisory experience serving a variety of not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining RAFFA in 2003, he had been serving as Interim CFO and controller of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. From 1993 to 2002, he had been a CFO and vice president for finance and operations for a variety of for-profit service and technology companies. In these roles, Bob had overall responsibility for managing financials, treasury, taxes, human resources, systems and operations and served as one of the principal liaisons to the boards and the investment community of his clients.

Bob was a senior audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Washington, DC office and has over 12 years of experience with “Big 4” firms. He was an industry leader in the not-for-profit practice in Washington, DC serving membership organizations, health care and federal, state and local government. Bob began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, Boston. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
