Mr. Gagnet has 26 years experience in the financial sector, 25 in banking and finance and one in public accounting. Mr. Gagnet is Senior Vice President and Manager of the Debt Capital Markets Division for Capital One Bank in New Orleans. Mr. Gagnet’s current responsibilities include management of two departments: Public Finance and Loan Syndications. Mr. Gagnet also managed the Oil and Gas Specialty Lending Department for seven years at Hibernia National Bank. Prior to that, Mr. Gagnet worked in Hibernia’s Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Gagnet has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Tulane University.
