Jacqueline A. Oneto, CPA

Jackie Oneto is a Director/Shareholder in the firm with 16 years of experi¬ence in auditing and accounting in both the public and private sectors. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting at the University of Maryland and continues to expand her knowledge in auditing and consulting through continu¬ing professional education and hands-on work experience.


Ms. Oneto specializes in audits of all types of employee benefit plans, including 401(k), 401(a), 403(b), profit sharing, pension and health and welfare plans. She also concentrates her skills in the specialized field of nonprofit organizations including associations, private voluntary organi¬zations and other charitable institutions. Additionally, she oversees the planning and budgeting of audits in accordance with the Yellow Book, and OMB Circulars A-122 and A-133.

Ms. Oneto also manages the audit engagements for several of the firm’s nonprofit clients. She is a member of the AICPA (and its Government Audit Quality Center and Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center), the Nonprofit Roundtable of Greater Washington, the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, and the Maryland Association of CPAs. She also serves on the Board of the Tree House Child Assessment Center of Montgomery County and the Membership Committee and Executive Director Fellowship Committee of the Nonprofit Roundtable of Greater Washington.
